Senior Human Resources Consultant-Healthcare
SIEL Human Solutions is a HR Consulting firm offering strategic customized end to end solutions.
Our company is seeking a Part Time Senior Human Resources Consultant to support our healthcare clients across the province of Saskatchewan. This can be a contract or permanent position.

Responsibilities:
    Lead and execute client projects across a variety of HR disciplines, ensuring alignment with company standards and timelines.
    Advise clients on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
    Manage employee relations matters for clients, including accommodations, leave of absence requests, absenteeism, disputes, and performance management (including terminations).

Qualifications:
    Post secondary education in Human Resource Management from an accredited Canadian university.
    HR certification is an asset.
    15+ years of demonstrated experience in human resources handling complex HR issues in a consulting or client-facing capacity.
    Project management experience is a must.
