Description

Gee Bee Construction has immediate full-time opportunities in the capacity of Pipeline Labourer.  This position requires working with a team on various construction projects.  We require a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.

Key Responsibilities
    Reporting fit for duty at the onset of each shift
    Supporting the completion of mechanical or structural fabrication activities as directed
    Performing set up and clean up tasks
    Performing piping bolt up
    Loading and unloading trailers
    Safely operating tools and equipment as required
    Transporting material between shops and worksites
    Competently rig and signal lifting equipment once trained
    General housekeeping duties
    Other duties as assigned
    Safety conscious and meet all safety requirements
    Capable of performing the physical requirements of the job, including lifting greater than 20lbs, working at heights safetly from a scaffold or aerial work platform and demonstrating worksite mobility
    In possession of or able to obtain a valid First Aid & H2S Certificate
    Have a good working knowledge of multidiscipline activities (civil, structural, piping), or interested in learning
    Willing to work extended hours/weekends as required
    All applicants must be willing to travel throughout southern Saskatchewan and hold a valid and clean drivers license

The ideal candidate is as follows:
    2+ years industry-related picker truck operating experience
    Be able to demonstrate competency in operating equipment
    5G license or are willing to obtain it
    Experience in oil field turnaround projects
