Description

Asphalt Plant Operator

Join our team and help operate and maintain a fully computerized asphalt plant that supports safe and efficient production. You will work with a wide range of equipment, assist with repairs, monitor product quality, and keep accurate records while supporting a strong safety culture.

What You Bring

- Skill in operating asphalt plant systems, mobile equipment, and production tools
- Ability to perform physical tasks including working at heights and lifting heavy materials
- Strong mechanical ability with experience in maintenance and repairs
- Clear communication skills and the ability to guide and support other staff
