Join Our Administrative Team at the Historic Grant Hall

The Grant Hall Hotel, a designated National Historic Site and a landmark in downtown Moose Jaw, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our esteemed team. We invite you to bring your expertise and precision to our historic establishment.

As our Office Administrator, you will be the operational backbone of our hotel, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of front desk, restaurant, and administrative services. You will play a key role in supporting our financial processes, guest relations, and event coordination, directly contributing to the seamless experience we provide our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support and coordinate front desk and restaurant administrative needs, including staff scheduling, reservations, supply management, and record keeping.

- Manage hotel office services, including supplies, equipment, and maintenance.

- Assist with budgeting, purchasing for guest rooms and restaurant supplies, payroll preparation, and financial reporting.

- Prepare reports, correspondence, and maintain HR and operational records.

- Provide administrative support for guest services and event coordination.

- Assist in managing and updating restaurant menus, including dish names and descriptions.

- Provide direct support for clients hosting meetings at the hotel, including meeting room setup, audiovisual equipment arrangements, and meal service coordination.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of two years of relevant administrative or coordination experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.

- A Bachelor's degree from a university is required.

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
