Machinist
Croatia Industries is looking for a permanent full-time machinist.  Our work encompasses a variety of small to large precision industrial parts and we are in need of a skilled machinist with a keen interest in craftsmanship.

Employment Requirements:
-    Journeyperson or equivalent relevant experience
-    Detail orientated mindset
-    Capacity to manage ones own projects and timelines
-    Good communication skills with the ability to understand verbal instructions
The following is considered an asset:
    Experience programming and operating CNC machine tools
Responsibilities:
-    Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts and tables to determine machining operations to be performed and to plan the sequence of operations
-    Compute dimensions and tolerances
-    Measure and lay out work pieces
-    Set up, operate and maintain a variety of machine tools to perform precision machining operations such as sawing, turning, milling, boring, drilling, grinding and other operations
-    Verify dimensions of part features for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments
-    Complete and submit part inspection reports and note deviations from specified tolerances to the supervisor
