Northlands College is seeking an Instructor, Educational Assistant Program at our campus located in Air Ronge, Saskatchewan. Candidates must have a Bachelor of Education Degree or higher with a Human Services specialization and meet all accrediting institute requirements. The terms are 39 days from March 27, 2026 to May 29, 2026.  

The instructor will work as part of a team dedicated to the success of students registered in our Educational Assistant Program. Areas of instruction include, and are not limited to, child and adolescent development; guiding behavior; roles and responsibilities; studies of exceptionality; culture and diversity; interpersonal skills; and basic care skills. Additional responsibilities include planning and monitoring practicums, classroom management, monitoring student progress and providing feedback.
