Description

The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement offers two permanent fulltime Master Data Analyst roles within the Supply Chain Excellence branch, supporting the operation and integrity of supplychainrelated master data in an Oracle Cloud environment. The ministry seeks positive, detailoriented professionals who can ensure accurate, consistent data that supports decisionmaking and operational efficiency. Ideal candidates are analytical, innovative, and able to develop and enforce data governance frameworks, monitor data quality, validate master data requests, and collaborate with stakeholders to support seamless data integration. Strong knowledge of relational databases, Oracle financial systems, OTBI reporting, yearend procedures, and business analysis techniques is required. Candidates must be able to create clear technical documentation, deliver training, communicate complex information to diverse audiences, manage competing deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively. Experience with Oracle master data management, reporting, accounting, and supply chain processes is preferred, along with strong problemsolving and organizational skills. A degree in computer science or supply chain fields, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is typically required; project management training is an asset. Responsibilities also include executing yearend activities, optimizing data lifecycle processes, maintaining documentation, and supporting continuous improvement. The ministry offers competitive salary, benefits, pension, flexible schedules, professional development, and an inclusive work environment. Please use link provided to view full job description.
