Aplin is partnering with a well-established Saskatoon real estate and development company with a diverse portfolio across commercial and residential properties.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Senior Accountant who enjoys variety in their work and wants exposure beyond traditional accounting functions. The role will support accounting operations across multiple real estate and development entities while working closely with leadership to support the financial performance of the business.

This position offers the opportunity to work across development projects, property management operations, and broader business initiatives, making it an ideal role for someone who enjoys understanding the business behind the numbers.

Key Responsibilities
Manage month-end and year-end close processes
Prepare financial statements and management reports
Support development and project accounting activities
Monitor property performance and operating results
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Perform account reconciliations and journal entries
Support operational finance processes across multiple entities
Work closely with ownership and leadership on financial insights and business initiatives
