The Resort at Cypress Hills is currently looking for a Groups & Events Coordinator to join our team.
This position plays an important role in supporting conferences, meetings, and special events at the resort. The coordinator works closely with clients and internal departments to ensure events and group bookings are organized smoothly and guests receive excellent service.
The role includes coordinating event details, managing group reservations, and acting as a key point of contact between clients and the resort team. The position also supports marketing initiatives, including promoting resort events and assisting with content for advertising and social media.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills are essential. Previous experience in hospitality, events, or hotel operations is considered an asset. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is required.
