A receptionist in our office is responsible for managing the front desk and ensuring smooth daily operations in a chiropractic clinic. This role includes greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, processing payments and insurance information, and coordinating communication between patients and the chiropractor. The receptionist also helps create a welcoming and organized environment, assists with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry, and ensures patient information is handled confidentially while providing friendly and professional customer service. This position will include working every Friday as well as holiday and sick time coverage for our full-time receptionist.
