Main Duties
Administer lease agreements, tenancy applications, and renewal processes for residential and commercial units
Coordinate and schedule property maintenance, inspections, and repair work orders with contractors
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding complaints, inquiries, and service requests
Maintain accurate property records including rent rolls, occupancy reports, and financial summaries
Ensure compliance with the Saskatchewan Residential Tenancies Act and municipal bylaws
Process rental applications, conduct background/reference checks, and prepare tenancy agreements
Prepare monthly and quarterly property performance reports for management
Coordinate with accounting to track rent collections, arrears, and security deposits
Liaise with city officials, inspectors, and external contractors as required
Support the management team with administrative duties related to real estate operations
Required Qualifications
Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (minimum 2 years)
Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, real estate administration, or related administrative role
Knowledge of lease documentation, tenancy laws, and property regulatory requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with the Saskatchewan Residential Tenancies Act
Experience with platforms such as Yardi, AppFolio, or Buildium
Valid Saskatchewan driver's licence
Working Conditions
Office-based with regular site visits to properties in Saskatoon
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Permanent Full-Time
Wage: $27.00 $32.00 per hour depending on experience
