We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper/Office Administration person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring the integrity of financial data. Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software is essential. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the financial health of our organization through precise bookkeeping and account management.
Duties
Record and maintain financial transactions using QuickBooks accounting software
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data
Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities
Assist with budgeting and financial planning activities
Prepare financial reports and statements for management review
Process payroll accurately and timely
Maintain organized records of all financial documents and transactions
Support audit preparations by providing necessary documentation and reports
Answering phones
Dealing with the public
Making sure all supplies are full.
Duties as assigned.
Experience
Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles, preferably
Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software
Strong understanding of accounting principles, payroll processing, and financial reporting
Experience with account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and account analysis
Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable management
Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
