Job Description: Reporting to the Manager, the Social Worker BSW is responsible for the coordination of clinic operations such as managing referrals, scheduling appointments, communication with clinic professionals, and ultimately providing support and guidance to patients/caregivers as they navigate the services of the Youth Mental Health Clinic. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement"
