The Lead Hand position is a driving-heavy role that includes hands-on supervisory support on outdoor jobsites that require cleaning and basic maintenance as well as land and streetscaping.

DUTIES:
Perform all duties as assigned by the Program Manager
Supervise crewmembers while providing instruction and guidance
Mentor new crew while promoting personal and professional growth
Evaluate performance and ensure positive progress toward job goals
Ensure OH&S standards are being met and job sites are clean and safe
Ensure crew have the required tools and materials to complete tasks in a timely manner
QA/QC to ensure work is done to a high standard
Transport employees to and from job sites

EXPERIENCE:
Clean driving record with knowledge of Saskatoon an asset
Comfort with use of basic hand tools
Safe work habits and attention to detail
Excellent organization and time management
Strong communication skills
Condition of Employment: Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
