Elkridge Resort is seeking a Front Desk Agent who will be the first point of contact for guests. This position is responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner
Check guests in and out efficiently
Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
Provide information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions
Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for guests
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
Assist with administrative tasks and reports as required
Qualifications:
Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
