We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Service Manager / Assistant Operations Manager to join our Head Office team. This role combines customer service leadership with operational support, helping ensure consistent service standards and efficient processes across multiple branch locations.
Position Summary
The successful candidate will lead the Head Office customer service team while supporting day-to-day operations across branches. Working closely with sales, procurement, warehouse, accounting, and IT teams, this role plays an important part in improving customer satisfaction, communication, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Leadership
Lead, mentor, and support the Head Office customer service team
Maintain consistent service standards across branches
Resolve escalated customer issues professionally and efficiently
Manage staffing schedules and support recruitment and training
Monitor service performance through order tracking and customer feedback
Operations Support
Assist with coordination of branch operations, inventory flow, and logistics
Support purchasing, pricing updates, and product rollouts
Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and accounting teams
Qualifications
Experience in customer service leadership, operations, or wholesale distribution
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Business or operations education considered an asset
