1. Provide general reception and administrative support to Wakamow Valley Authority. Book and coordinate facility and campground rentals. 25%
2. Provide administrative support to Wakamow Valley Authority. This includes creating minutes, creating agendas, advertising, processing mail, etc. Manage information technology tools and general office systems. 20%
3. Maintain and input the bookkeeping functions such as accounts payable, account receivables, and simple general ledger entries, reconciliation of accounts, etc. 20%
4. Maintain accurate administrative records and files and store them according to procedure.15%
6. Assist in the research and development of financial reports, budgets, grant applications, brochures, program documents, and general correspondence. 10%
7. Assist with the planning and execution of special events or specific projects. Use all social media platforms to advertise and promote events. Work with volunteers to coordinate and run special events. 5%
8. Other assigned duties. 5%
9. Regular hours, Monday-Friday
