Description

Available Positions:
1.    Paver Operators
o    Responsibilities: Operate and maintain paving machines to lay asphalt in a precise and efficient manner. Ensure the paving process runs smoothly and adheres to project specifications.
o    Qualifications: Experience with paver machines preferred, but not required. Ability to work long hours and in various weather conditions.
2.    Roller Operators
o    Responsibilities: Operate rollers to compact asphalt and other materials. Ensure proper compaction and smooth surface finish.
o    Qualifications: Experience operating rollers or heavy machinery preferred. Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.
3.    Shuttle Buggy Operators
o    Responsibilities: Operate shuttle buggies to transport and distribute hot mix asphalt to the paver. Work closely with the paving crew to ensure materials are efficiently supplied.
o    Qualifications: Prior experience operating shuttle buggies preferred. Ability to work in a team and adjust to fast-paced environments.
4.    Broom Tractor Operators
o    Responsibilities: Operate broom tractors to sweep and clean the paving surface. Help in final cleanup and maintenance of the work area.
o    Qualifications: Previous experience with broom tractors or similar equipment preferred. Strong focus on maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
5.    Asphalt Planer Operators
o    Responsibilities: Operate asphalt planers to mill and remove old asphalt before new pavement is laid down. Ensure the planer is running s
