Description

Available Positions:
1.    Packer Operators
o    Responsibilities: Operate packers to compact materials such as gravel and soil to prepare the foundation for new roadways.
o    Qualifications: Experience with packers preferred. Ability to work efficiently and ensure proper compaction.
2.    Tractor Operators
o    Responsibilities: Operate tractors to move materials, clear land, and assist with grading and leveling of the work area.
o    Qualifications: Experience operating tractors and other heavy machinery is preferred. Must be able to handle physical labor.
3.    Dozer Operators
o    Responsibilities: Operate bulldozers for grading, excavation, and pushing materials.
o    Qualifications: Experience with dozers is required. Strong ability to move large quantities of material with precision and efficiency.
4.    Loader Operators
o    Responsibilities: Operate loaders to load, move, and unload materials such as dirt, gravel, and asphalt.
o    Qualifications: Experience with loaders or heavy equipment is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5.    Skid Steer Operators
o    Responsibilities: Operate skid steers to clear debris, grade surfaces, and assist with material handling.
o    Qualifications: Prior experience with skid steers or similar equipment is preferred.
6.    3A Water Truck Operators
o    Responsibilities: Operate 3A water trucks to apply water to construction areas to control dust and maintain proper moisture content for compaction.
o    Qualifications: Experience operating water trucks and a valid 3A license required.
7.    Excavator Operators
o    Responsibilities: Operate excavators for digging, trenching, and moving material.
o    Qualifications: Experience with excavators is required. Ability to perform precise digging and material handling tasks.
8.    Roller Operators
o    Responsibilities: Operate rollers to compact and smooth road surfaces, ensuring the proper thickness and compaction of the asphalt or base materials.
