Regina OR Saskatoon Based

Prairie Sun Solar is Saskatchewans most trusted renewable energy contractor. We design and install the complete energy ecosystem  solar panels, battery storage, EV chargers, generators, and heat pumps  for residential, agricultural, and commercial clients across the province. We are a local Regina-based team. We work hard, we win together, and we have a lot of fun doing it.

As a Solar Sales Representative you will own the full client journey  from first conversation to signed contract. You will work with homeowners, farmers, and commercial clients across Saskatchewan, using our in-house performance platform to log every pitch, follow-up, and close. Some meetings will be in person. Most will be conducted via Google Meet. This is a high-activity, high-autonomy role. You manage your own day and your own pipeline  and your earnings reflect exactly how you perform.

Conduct a minimum of 16 solar consultations per week  in person and via Google Meet
Build and present proposals using Aurora Solar (full training provided)
Manage your pipeline from first contact to signed contract  all logged in the PSS performance app
Follow up on every pitch within 24 hours  no leads left uncontacted
Represent PSS at trade shows and events including the Spring Home and Garden Show and Agribition
Build relationships through golf outings, small business outreach, and local business networking events
Use your dedicated outbound spending account to entertain, connect, and grow your referral network
Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new leads alongside inbound volume

Sales experience helps but is not the requirement. We teach the process, the product, and the pitch. What we cannot teach is attitude, communication, and the will to compete.
