Yorkton Toyota, now part of the FFUN Group, is seeking a positive, upbeat Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers and visitors, you will support our Sales, Service, and Parts teams while ensuring every guest receives exceptional customer service.

What youll be doing:
Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate department or team member
Answer phones, take messages, and provide information about dealership services
Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Maintain awareness of staff availability and assist customers accordingly
Keep the reception and customer waiting area clean and organized
Assist with administrative tasks and data entry in the Dealer Management System

What were looking for:
A positive, FFUN attitude is a must. We also need someone who is:
Organized and reliable with strong attention to detail
Friendly communicator comfortable in person and on the phone
Adaptable and willing to learn new systems
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams
Professional with strong teamwork skills
