Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage financial records, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, and support the company's financial operations. The Accountant will handle bookkeeping, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger accounts
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations
Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
Monitor company expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
Prepare payroll and ensure proper deductions
Support audits and provide necessary documentation
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA or equivalent certification (preferred but not always required)
Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role
Knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
