To safely and efficiently perform the duties of a Labourer in an assigned area on an assigned shift. An employee will have the opportunity to develop the necessary skills, knowledge and abilities through training, practice, experience, examinations, and task observation to progress within the Company.

What youll do?
Demonstrate aptitude for safety and work safely in all situations.
Demonstrate he/she is physically fit and capable of lifting.
Complete training on hand and power activated tools.
Complete exam and task sheets on equipment as required.
Keep work area safe and clean.
Train other labourers as required.
Interpret and carry out written or oral instructions, and to make written reports as required.
Diligently adhere to all relevant legal environmental requirements.
Diligently ensure that all relevant OH&S requirements and in-house safety regulations are complied with.

What youll need:
Must be able to safely perform the essential functions of the job without posing a direct threat to the safety of his or her own self, or the safety of others.
Able to lift approximately 0-25 lbs. occasionally.
Able to climb stairs and work at various heights.
Able to distinguish varying or specific colors, patterns, or materials.
Able to hear, with or without correction.
Able to read, write and understand basic English.
Able to see, with or without correction.
Able to use fine hand motor skills.
Able to wear a respirator.
