Education or experience in Human Servicessuch as Social Work, Indigenous Social Work, Sociology, Human Justice, or Psychologyis considered an asset. A valid drivers licence and willingness to travel are required.
Responsibilities include assessing client needs, developing and monitoring plans, collaborating with colleagues and community partners, and maintaining positive relationships with service providers.
