Position Summary
The Cashier / Customer Service Hardware Associate is responsible for all point-of-sale operations while delivering prompt, courteous, and efficient service. This role goes beyond processing transactions  you are a key part of the customer experience, helping answer questions, directing customers to the right departments, supporting merchandising standards, and maintaining an organized and accurate front-end.
You will handle cash, debit, credit, gift cards, and in-house charge transactions, reconcile sales totals, and ensure accuracy in all payment processing. The ideal candidate is confident, friendly, highly accurate with money, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
