MF Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations and support our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, clerical, and communication skills, and will have basic accounting experience.
Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting and directing visitors and taking customer payments
- Oversee administrative functions such as filing, record keeping, and document management
- Manage bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking
- Utilize Microsoft 365 software to create and manage documents and spreadsheets
- Assist with office projects and supporting overall organizational efficiency
Qualifications
- Prior office experience including bookkeeping, filing systems, and administrative support is essential
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft 365
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with professional phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tasks
