MNEA is seeking a reliable and detail oriented File Clerk to support the organizations administrative needs. The File Clerk is responsible for maintaining secure, organized filing systems for Human Resources, Finance, Accounts Payable, PSSSP, and other MNEA programs. This role ensures accurate document handling while upholding confidentiality and MNEA cultural values.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for all assigned programs
Retrieve, track, and re file documents accurately
Assist with scanning, uploading, and archiving records
Support program staff with clerical tasks such as data entry and photocopying
Protect confidentiality and follow MNEA privacy and record keeping standards
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
Experience with filing systems or clerical work is an asset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable using computers, scanners, and office software
