Childcare Educator  Away We Grow Childcare

Away We Grow Childcare is seeking nurturing and enthusiastic individuals to join our team.
We are a licensed childcare centre caring for children aged 6 months to 6 years. Our centre is dedicated to creating early childhood programming that supports a positive learning environment guided by the principles of play and exploration.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement childcare programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, spiritual, and social development of children.
Plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, safety, and well-being of children.
Assess the abilities, interests, and needs of children and discuss progress with parents and team members.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with all age groups across the centre, gaining a wide variety of experiences and responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications (Assets)
Early Childhood Educator Certificate or Diploma
Experience working with children
First Aid/CPR Certification
Safe Food Handling Certification

Strong oral and written communication
Problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong organization and prioritization



Pay scale dependent on education
Part-Time and Casual Positions Available.
