Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Jae's Pharmacy in Shaunavon, Saskatchewan.
Patient Focused Care Responsibilities:
-Lead, coach, and motivate the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care.
-Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, dispensing, inventory, compounding, clinical care and patient counseling.
-Liaise with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible patient care.
-Maintain effective communication, scheduling, team direction and implement new/updated policies and procedures.
-Perform staff performance reviews and support with recruitment, training and development.
-Promote a positive work environment and ensure labor policies are upheld.
-Collaborate with the Front Store team to enhance patient care and service offerings.
-Actively seeks out new and innovative ways to improve processes.
-Manage P&L statements and achieve key operational targets (including but not limited to Labor, Inventory, Expense control)
Qualifications:
-Licensed and in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacist
-Injection certification is required
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Self-motivated and able to work independently
-Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a team environment
