Trailtech Inc. is looking for an experienced Accountant or Bookkeeper to lead our Finance Team.
About the Role - You will be a key member of Trailtechs leadership team, working directly with the CEO to drive the companys financial strategy, utilize forecasting models, manage risk, and create a high-performing finance and accounting team. You will help ensure Trailtechs long-term fiscal health in a rapidly evolving industry. This is more than a bookkeeping job, its a leadership opportunity.
What Youll Do
Lead Full Cycle Accounting Operations: Accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
Help build robust annual budgets, multi-year models, and scenario forecasts.
Monitor and report financial performance, profitability, and KPI trends.
Work with senior leaders on strategic and operational decisions.
Lead tools and processes that enhance visibility, data integrity, and reporting.
Build a high-performance finance culture through mentorship and structure.
