Vendor Management & Cash Reconciliation Coordinator
Join our Finance team and play a key role in maintaining accurate vendor records, supporting cash and banking reconciliations, and coordinating work across departments. You will ensure compliance with municipal standards, provide oversight to Accounting Clerk VIs, and support efficient financial operations with strong attention to detail and sound administrative judgment.
What You Bring
-Strong knowledge of finance, procurement and vendor management practices
-Proven ability to analyze information, solve problems and manage large volumes of data
-Clear communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with financial or ERP systems
