Join the SPARK at Weyburn Credit Union (WCU) as the Member Service Rep (MSR) Supervisor. We are looking for an experienced retail supervisor who has experience managing retail/sales teams, great problem-solving and people skills. Travel between our branches in Weyburn, Lang, and Yellow Grass is required.
As the Branch Service Supervisor, your role is to support our Frontline staff in our rural branches. Under direction of the Member Service Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the daily and evolving activities of the Member Service Reps (MSRs). You will handle scheduling, manage breaks, and ensure the MSRs are meeting their sales and service targets. Your greatest motivation will be the overall success of your team and our branch operations.

Your SPARK (Qualifications):
Post-secondary education. Grade 12 or equivalent may be considered.
At least 4 years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience managing conflict and supervising dynamic teams.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
High emotional intelligence (EQ) and quick decision-making ability.
Knowledge of banking or financial services is an asset but not necessary.
Must be bondable (criminal background and credit bureau check required).
Willing and able to travel between branch locations as required.
