We are a Regina-based real estate development company that is continually growing and investing in new development projects.
We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/data entry clerk to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent bookkeeping/administrative skills, along with being computer and technology savvy. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of 2 year data entry/bookkeeping experience required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
-Data entry using computerized accounting softwware (Sage 50, Lightspeed, PUSH, Yardi Breeze)
-Account reconciliations (payables, receivables, general ledger)
-Accounts payable entries/payments
-Accounts receivable entry/collections
-Preparation of financial and tax reports
-Payroll
Administrative Tasks:
Receive and respond to emails and phone calls
Prepare reports, letters, and photocopies
Maintain purchasing and stock of all office supplies
Responsible for filing all documents, invoices, employee information, etc.
Ensure that contracts and files are maintained in good order and current.
Greeting and communicating with clients, business associates, etc.
All other duties/responsibilities as required
