Ideal applicants are disciplined, professional and capable of handling complex, highrisk situations with sound judgment. They must qualify for appointment as a Special Constable under The Police Act, obtain and maintain firearms and useofforce certification, and be willing to work flexible shifts and travel as required. Strong integrity, discretion and the ability to manage confidential information are essential.
Key requirements include a valid Canadian drivers licence equivalent to Saskatchewan Class 5, the ability to obtain enhanced security clearance, and willingness to undergo psychological evaluation if required. Successful candidates must maintain all mandatory certifications throughout employment.
