The Regional Services Branch is seeking an Agriculture Programs Specialist in Moose Jaw to lead delivery of agricultural programming under the Sustainable Canadian Agricultural Partnership. The ideal candidate is a clientservice leader who can communicate complex program and technical information, work independently and within a dynamic team, build strong relationships with producers, industry and colleagues, and analyze agricultural and economic issues to develop practical solutions. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines are essential.
Key qualifications include a degree in agriculture, business administration or public policy, along with experience in agricultural program delivery or client service. A Professional Agrologist designation or eligibility is preferred. A valid Class 5 drivers licence is required.
Responsibilities include collaborating with ministry partners on program awareness and technology transfer, identifying client issues to support program development, guiding clients toward programs that enhance sustainability, and maintaining networks with government and industry partners.
