Our team is a diverse group of Architects, Interior Designers, and Technologists working in a collaborative environment. We value mentorship, team building, and creating a supportive and authentic workplace where our staff can grow and thrive.

We are currently seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the project lead to support the project team, acting as job captain when required.
Contribute to project schedules and work with the team to maintain progress within project budgets.
Participate in coordination of sub-consultants and project documentation.
Prepare and coordinate construction documents, including Revit models, drawing packages, and specifications.
Work closely with the project team to ensure constructability, efficiency, and realization of design intent.
Integrate innovative building technologies and sustainable initiatives throughout design and construction.

Qualifications
Diploma or certificate in Architectural Technology (or a related post-secondary program).
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Revit (intermediate to advanced).
Experience with contract administration, including site reviews.
Coordination and review skills for construction documents.
Strong knowledge of NBC, local bylaws, and site/space requirements.
