Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Pharmacist to join our team at Lansdall Pharmacy in Maple Creek, Saskatchewan.  

Patient Focused Care Responsibilities:  
-Deliver clinical services such as medication reviews, chronic disease management and care plan development.  
-Administer vaccines and immunizations  
-Determine appropriateness of drug therapy and monitor for effectiveness, side effects, and interactions
-Counsel patients on prescriptions, over-the-counter products, and health-related topics, including indications, contraindication, side effects, and proper usage and storage
-Supervise pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists in performing restricted activities  
-Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and regulatory standards governing pharmacy practice
-Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
-Assist with daily pharmacy operations and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:  
-Licensed and in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacist
-Injection certification is required
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Self-motivated and able to work independently
-Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a team environment
