We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. Internally known as a Customer Support Administrator, youll report to the Operations Manager and support our sales team in completing administrative tasks to ensure our clients are served with accuracy.
In this role, you will:
-Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct them accordingly.
-Assist the sales team by entering contracts into our order system, creating proposals for clients, and generating reports.
-Proactively track all the details to ensure we fulfill orders correctly.
-Provide general office support
