Description

As a Financial Analyst, youll be at the center of Mobius day-to-day financial operationsturning data into accurate, timely insights that support our organization and our shareholder benefit plans. Youll take ownership of the full purchasing and payables cycle, partnering across teams to coordinate invoice intake, approvals, and payments with precision and professionalism.

In addition, youll support key transaction and period-end activities by preparing and posting journal entries, and youll help keep our contributions revenue and receivables cycle running smoothly. Youll also provide valued support to the payroll function, including processing corporate payrollbuilding a well-rounded foundation across accounting, reporting, and operational finance. As you grow in the role, youll have opportunities to take on process improvements, deepen your reporting and analysis skills, and contribute to special projects.

Key Responsibilities

-Preparing and recording accounting transactions, payments, and contributions
-Conducting bank and credit card reconciliations
-Assisting with financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
-Preparing quarterly and year-end balance sheet and income statement reconciliations as required, including investment reconciliations
-Supporting the ongoing corporate payroll cycle
-Assisting with financial and accounts payable related projects
-Related training and policy development
