RESPONSIBILITIES
overall performance of building operations, repair and preventive maintenance work, proactive

oversees skilled trades and maintenance staff
directs skilled trades and maintenance staff
including Carpenters, Electricians, Painters, Tradespersons, Facility Engineer Technicians

utilization of resources to maintain the facilities

observe and conduct work inspections
monitor and evaluate work activities

internal and external customers

policies and procedures, including workplace safety plans

CERTIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
building systems technician
Journey tradesperson certification
in carpenter, electrical, millwright, plumber, power engineering
five years experience, building operation, commercial buildings, industrial, maintenance
