Pharmacy Manager  Lafleche, SK
Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a Full-Time Pharmacy Manager to lead our team at Lafleche Pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
-Lead and support the pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient care
-Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance
-Manage dispensing, inventory, clinical services, and patient counseling
-Collaborate with healthcare professionals and the Front Store team
-Support recruitment, training, performance management, and scheduling
-Implement policies, improve processes, and foster a positive work environment
-Manage P&L and achieve operational targets (labour, inventory, expenses)

Qualifications
-Licensed and in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals
-Injection certified
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Self-motivated, collaborative, and team-oriented
