Description

We are an established signage studio looking for an experienced Digital Print Operator to join our production team. This position focuses on wide-format digital printing, vinyl cutting, laminate and graphics installation.

Key Responsibilities
Operate wide-format printer, plotter and laminator
Prepare files for print production & perform quality checks
Maintain colour accuracy & print consistency
Laminate, cut trim & finish printed graphics
Install vinyl graphics, decals, wall graphics, window graphics & vehicle graphics
Perform vinyl installation, removal & replacement
Complete both in-shop & on-site installations
Read and follow work orders & production schedules
Perform routine printer maintenance & troubleshooting
Maintain and clean, safe & organized production area
Support team members in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills & Experience
Experience as a digital print operator, large format print operator or sign shop technician
Experience with vinyl application, vinyl installation or graphics installation
Experience and/or working knowledge of CorelDRAW
Familiarity with wide-format printing equipment and finishing tools
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Proficient with computers and workplace software, incl. Microsoft Office, Outlook, and cloud-based applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable lifting materials and working on ladders and/or lifts
Valid driver's license

Preferred Assets
Knowledge of print materials, laminates and finishing methods
Wall murals, vehicle wraps or commercial graphics experience
Takes pride in producing high-quality work
