We offer competitive salary/benefits and are an equal opportunity employer. We are seeking a Manager of Executive Services for our provincial office in Saskatoon. In this in-person, high-trust role, you'll bring momentum and care to the work that matters most. You balance strategy with execution and people with process.

Accountabilities
-Lead overall administrative function of the CEOs office, providing executive support, coordinating leadership team and Board planning,  ensuring strong governance practices, records management, and follow through on commitments.
-Act as a strategic partner to the CEO by reviewing/preparing communications, presentations, contracts, briefing materials, while supporting budget oversight, expense review, and priority management.
-Lead/coordinate cross-organizational projects and initiatives
-Maintain a focus on continuous improvement identifying opportunities for efficiency and rigour.
-Provide supervision to the admin assistant.
-Exercise sound judgment on executive office matters and representing the executive office as required.

Qualifications: Degree in business admin or equivalent; 2-3 years relevant experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Adobe Reader/databases/video conferencing tools. Previous non-profit experience a plus, but not required.
