Inclusion Saskatchewan (INSK) is a provincial social change organization that works to build and inspire an inclusive Saskatchewan by empowering and valuing people with intellectual disabilities. We offer a competitive salary/benefits. We are seeking a motivated Communications & Marketing Specialist to support our work. In this handson, highimpact role, youll bring clarity, creativity and care to how our stories are told and shared. Working closely with organizational leadership, youll balance solid communication and content development with execution  coordinating timely, accurate, and valuesaligned communications that support organizational initiatives, fund development, events, and public engagement. This role is well suited to someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment, brings strong technical skills and sound judgment.

Accountabilities
-Develops/delivers integrated marketing, communications and digital content, as well as support for media/government relations messaging
-Plans/implements campaign-specific communications, including content calendars, timelines, and approval processes
-Coordinates creation of news releases, stories and visual assets (writing, photography, video, graphics)
-Manages Inclusion Saskatchewans digital channels (web/socials), ensuring materials are current, accessible and brand-aligned
-Provides communications/marketing support for events and fundraising activities, including promotion, on-site communications, post-event storytelling
-Prepares/edits messaging and materials for organizational leadership (speaking notes, presentations, stakeholder communications).

Qualifications: Degree/diploma in communications, marketing, journalism or related field. 1-3 years of relevant experience. Advanced knowledge of social media platforms/tools/analytics. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Graphic design and basic media production experience, AdobeInDesign, Illustrator, Canva or similar tools.
