The Grants & Fund Development Coordinator is a proactive, highly organized contributor to fund development efforts, supporting fund development activities with a focus on grant writing and reporting, database management and event coordination. Through strong systems and reliable followthrough, the Coordinator plays a key role in advancing organizational priorities and ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively.

Accountabilities
-Coordinate/write grant applications in collaboration with leadership; maintain grant calendars, portals, documentation, and reporting schedules
-Prepare grant reports; track deliverables, compliance, sponsorships, pledges, recurring gifts, major gifts and legacy documentation
-Maintain accurate donor records, process donations and tax receipts, support donor stewardship
-Coordinate logistics for major fundraising events, campaigns, sponsorship tracking, related email marketing
Maintain fund development dashboards, revenue reports, booking calendars, organized digital systems and provide administrative support

Qualifications: Postsecondary education in business, nonprofit management, communications, administration, or related field. 23 years experience in grant writing, fund development coordination, or nonprofit administration. Highly organized with clear, professional written and verbal communication skills. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace/Forms, donor databases/systems and online grant portals.
