We are hiring full-time Residential Painters for the 2026 season. This role is for people seeking hands-on outdoor work with consistent hours.

No prior painting experience is required. We provide full training and on-site coaching.

Responsibilities

- Residential interior and exterior painting

- Surface preparation (sanding, scraping, priming, caulking)

- Ladder setup and safe job-site organization

- Maintaining clean, professional work environments

- Working as part of a team to complete projects on schedule

Mandatory Requirements

- Full-time access to a vehicle

- Minimum Class 5 (non-GDL) drivers license

- Available full-time April onwards

- Physically capable of lifting ladders and working outdoors

- Legally eligible to work in Canada
