Wage: $18.75/hour to start, up to $19.50/hour by season end + commission + tips

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated student Team Lead / Regional Manager to help oversee daily operations and support window cleaning crews throughout the season in SASKATOON. This role is ideal for students looking to gain leadership experience, build communication skills, and earn competitive pay during the summer. The successful candidate will work both in the field and in a leadership capacity to ensure quality service, team coordination, and safe work practices.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support window cleaning teams
Assist with scheduling and job assignments
Ensure safe use of 4 ft, 8 ft, 24 ft, and 32 ft ladders
Train and mentor team members
Provide professional customer service
Support basic sales activities
Monitor job quality and resolve issues

Qualifications
Strong communication and leadership potential
Comfortable working at heights
Valid drivers license required
Personal vehicle capable of transporting ladders up to 32 ft is an asset
Physically able to work outdoors and lift equipment
Reliable and safety-conscious
