Description

The Customer Service Attendant is responsible for greeting all members and players to the course.  All control systems out on the course applied, ensuring bag tags are current, helping with tee time transitions, course clean up, customer service, efficient player registration process and golf operation.  MUST BE OUTGOING AND HAVE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Help in the pro shop if needed.

Responsibilities:
1.    Greets guests/golfers as they arrive at the course, check ins
2.    Handles all guest inquiries.
3.    Ensure an efficient player registration process and proper pace of play.
4.    Communicates effectively with other staff to ensure prompt service to guests requiring assistance.
5.    Maintains strong knowledge of pro shop merchandise and assists with inventory, restocking and designing golf displays.
6.    Routinely inspects all guest areas (restrooms, lounge, patio, etc.) to ensure that each area is clean and organized.
7.    Provides support to the operation of the Kitchen and Driving Range areas.
8.    Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills:
1.    Excellent guest service skills.
2.    Some knowledge of golf is preferred.
3.    Ability to keep accurate records.
4.    Ability to work well, and communicate effectively, within a team environment.
5.    Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and a variety of shifts.
