Assessment Services are provided throughout Saskatchewan as part of the enrolment process for the Saskatchewan Assured Income for People with Disabilities (SAID) program; the Cognitive Disability Strategy through the Daily Living Support Assessment (DLSA); and Community Living Service Delivery Day programs through the Day Program Support Assessment (DPSA). SaskAbilities services include the administration and scoring of assessments using pre-determined tools.
Regionally, you will play a leadership role in staff training and development in pursuit of policy and procedure application, volunteer and practicum student engagement, generation of referrals and new project development, among others.

Qualifications:
-    Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
-    Minimum three to five years of related experience in human services, disability services, assessment services, or a comparable field.
-    Experience with service coordination, report writing, data monitoring, and contract or program accountability.
-    Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse communities and build respectful partnerships, including First Nations and Mtis communities and organizations.
-    Demonstrated supervisory and leadership experience.
-    Results-oriented and disciplined; accepts ownership with a hands-on approach.
-    High professional standards, exercising influence to achieve mutual success.
-    Strong written, verbal, presentation, organizational, and technology skills.
-    Valid Class 5 Drivers Licence and a reliable vehicle.
