Description

Operating in a complex and dynamic healthcare environment, the PAGC Health Partnership Lead will have specific accountabilities which are aligned to that of the PAGC Director of Health and Social Development and the SHA Director Clinical Operations & Transition Victoria Hospital Project, to support the achievement of the portfolio's functions, responsibilities, and accountabilities.

The Health Partnership Lead is accountable for the development and delivery of model of care and transition planning with a focus on Culturally Responsible Care planning for the Victoria Hospital Renovation and Build Project and project teams. The manager works closely with PAGC, community leaders, operational leaders, infrastructure staff, contracted resources, and other stakeholders to define project scope and align activities to achieve on-time and on-budget
Education/Experience:
-    Bachelor?s degree in nursing or related field or equivalent combination of education and healthcare experience.
-    Licensed and in good standing with professional association and/or regulatory body, if Applicable
-    Experience, at an operational level, as a leader who has developed and led teams or programs in a complex multi-stakeholder environment
-    5 years of acute care clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
-    Valid Class 5 driver's license
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-    Knowledge of the healthcare system in Saskatchewan
-    Has demonstrated ability to coach and develop others
-    Has demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills
-    Has demonstrated strong critical thinking, financial and analytical skills
-    Ability to integrate clinical knowledge and experience into activities to enhance clinical practice
-    Is committed to delivery of patient and family centered and culturally responsive care.
-    Knowledge of First Nations and Metis history in Saskatchewan along with an understanding of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Calls to Action
